The Lviv center for providing services to combatants, together with the NGO Center for Leadership Development, is launching a Leadership School for Galician wives of ATO participants.

“The new project aims to strengthen the key management and leadership competencies of women who would like to increase their personal and professional effectiveness. Each School participant will have the opportunity to test new skills in practice through business games, role-playing exercises and simulated situations,” the message says.
It is noted that the curriculum consists of two components: a full-time training course and distance (online) learning. The training program lasts 2 months. Each of the 5 modules lasts 2-3 days and consists of 1-2 trainings.
It is emphasized that participation in the School for wives of ATO workers is free.
