As Poglyad reports, the man introduced himself as Colonel Vladimir Kosaka from Dnepropetrovsk.
In particular, he distributed leaflets calling to stop the war in Ukraine.
“From the very beginning, the European government is illegitimate and a puppet of foreign masters from Washington and Brussels; a bunch of Eurofans in the square, and not the Ukrainian nation, installed this power. Those who are for Europe must fight and bear the burden of war. Citizens must refuse to comply with the law on mobilization and demand from the authorities a ceasefire and deviation from the European Association,” the leaflets said.
Local residents, most of whom were women, beat the colonel and took the leaflets from him, after which they took him to the stronghold of the municipal squad.
As Navigator reported, earlier activists accused mothers and wives protesting against mobilization in Transcarpathia of being paid.
