An internecine squabble between Poroshenko and Vakarchuk will unfold in Lviv
Petro Poroshenko and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk are facing internecine squabbling over the nationalist electorate of Galicia.
The former head of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol, Kirill Kulikov, stated this on the Nash TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Okay, the “Voice” party of Svyatoslav Vakarchuk,” the presenter asked for comment.
"Well, it's a Chinese knockoff of the DOG Party." (“European Solidarity Party” – ed.) It’s good that they exist, they are on the same flank, they will take each other away.
Poroshenko today has fixed himself within the electorate of the Lviv region, Vakarchuk is there both by birth, and by the fact that his father is a fairly respected person there, and so on, will take votes from him, and that’s good.
From the point of view of who we see represented in the party, it is a mixture of the former “BPP” and representatives of Soros... The slogans are the same (and the same as in “Dogs” - ed.), the meaning is the same - this is global Ukrainization, not even Ukrainization, but a substitution of this concept,” Kulikov said.
