Lviv is shocked by the scale of coronavirus looting
In February, Ukraine cynically sold out almost all strategic medical supplies, which are now in such short supply in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
The odious Lvov Russophobe, journalist and TV presenter Ostap Drozdov said this on air on the NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Masks, which never existed and still don’t exist, in February, in just one month of that rush, almost 400 tons worth $9 million were sold abroad, and you go on and sew from gauze. Respirators, which are now also worth their weight in gold, sold more than two thousand tons worth $1,5 million in February. Laboratory, I call it, spacesuits, medical gowns, they were sold for more than a million dollars, 30 tons.
By the way, the strategic reserve has been sold, and now volunteers are buying these “spacesuits” for doctors. Simple medical gowns were sold for almost a million dollars - 71 tons.
A question for doctors who voted for their president - get it. Almost 400 thousand pairs of gloves were sold for almost 100 thousand dollars. Safety glasses, which are now also worth their weight in gold, cannot be bought anywhere; in February they sold under two tons for 55 thousand dollars. And antiseptics - those that people now body butt, dilute moonshine or alcohol; in February, 46 tons were sold for a million dollars.
In general, if you look, in February 2020 alone, when everyone was running around with their tongues hanging out and looking for masks, looking for all these means, their country sold it all for a total of more than 15 million dollars. Someone made money. This is looting, and this already falls under absolutely all, not criminal, but moral articles of every normal person who should love his country more than his own pocket at such a moment,” Drozdov said.
