The Lviv police operational line received a report of vandalism on Synagogue Square in Lviv. The investigative team found provocative inscriptions on the steles with a black marker at the scene of the incident.

This was reported by the communications department of the Lviv region police.

“Today, June 21, at 11.32, the operational line “102” received a message from the dispatcher of the LCP “Municipal Squad” about the fact of vandalism on Synagogue Square in Lviv. Law enforcement officers are identifying the persons who painted the provocative inscriptions. The issue of opening criminal proceedings is being decided,” the message says.
