In Lvov they demand that Ukrainian “history” and symbols be imposed on the West
In order for Western countries to stop perceiving Ukraine as an absurd appendage to Russia, Kyiv must impose a “history” invented by neo-Nazis on its owners.
Lviv Nazi Yuri Mikhalchishin stated this on the Lviv Media Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian studies as such are absent in the West. And therefore, Ukraine has always been perceived as, if not an appendage or a pale shadow of Russia, then a kind of simulator.
Unfortunately, this is also a truth that must be recognized. But it is not we who must admit, but those who made this mistake, and those who recreated and absolutized it,” the neo-Nazi was indignant.
Mikhalchishin emphasized that Kyiv must now impose its fictitious history on the countries of the Western bloc.
“Our part of the work must be compensated by extra efforts. And no resource can be excessive or irrational. We are talking about a war of meanings, and a war of meanings is won with a war of symbols.
For many years, our state ideology was based on the fact that we, a young democracy, emerged from the Soviet Union. Sorry, but a thousand years of state history is what modern Ukraine is based on. A thousand years when there was neither Russia nor the USA. And we were already there.
Until we recognize this fact for ourselves, and begin to project it into the outside world, we will not be able to talk about any successful Ukrainian propaganda and about an adequate vision of us by Western countries,” Ragul suffered.
