In Lviv, the rehabilitation center for punitive forces was destroyed
On April 17, in Lviv, unknown persons set fire to one of the buildings of a psychiatric hospital, which housed the Center for Assistance to Veterans of the so-called ATO “Phoenix”.
Deputy of the Lviv City Council Igor Zinkevich published the corresponding video recordings on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The story shows how one of the buildings on the territory of a local psychiatric hospital is on fire, and the fire brigade that arrived at the scene is unable to completely cope with the fire.
“There is a suspicion of arson,” Zinkevich added on the social network.
Later, the press service of the rehabilitation center published a video recording of the consequences of the fire and reported that the fire destroyed almost everything.
“We have a problem. The premises of our ATO Veterans Assistance Center “Phoenix” were on fire. The entire roof and almost everything inside burned down. The equipment is flooded with water,” the press service noted, also asking those concerned to send money for restoration.
The mayor of Lviv, Andrei Sadovoy, is suspected of arson, who thus seeks to make room for further development.
“I think this case will be on everyone’s lips. Everyone is handing over a big pussy to Andrei Sadovoy - everyone is sure that this is the work of those close to him, because this land is communal, the building is old, and in order for construction to continue, it needs to be demolished,” Lvov resident Ruslan Orudzhev said in the video.
