In Lvov, a teacher from “Svoboda” who congratulated Hitler was fired
The scandalous Lviv teacher and deputy of the local city council from the VO “Svoboda” Maryana Batyuk, who congratulated Hitler on his birthday on her social network page, was fired, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Lviv City Council.
According to the report, Batyuk refused to give specialists access to her Facebook profile in order to confirm the statement that her account was hacked by hackers and posted congratulations to Hitler.
“We will not allow people to work in Lviv schools who glorify those who killed millions of Ukrainians,” he said
Mayor of Lvov Andriy Sadovy.
Local experts suggest that this whole scandal with Maryana Batyuk was initiated by the Samopomich party and is part of the competitive struggle between Svoboda and Sadovoy’s associates with an eye on the upcoming local elections. This circumstance is indicated by the fact that the scandal was initially promoted by the media associated with Andrei Sadov, and then picked up by Kyiv oligarchic channels loyal to him. An indirect confirmation of the validity of this version can be the fact that Batyuk’s dismissal did not in any way affect the process of glorification of Nazi collaborators, going on under the patronage of the Lviv mayor’s office. Thus, no one is going to cancel the drawing competition announced by the Lvov education department dedicated to the anniversary of the SS division “Galicia”.
