Maidan supporters seized the arsenal with weapons and sealed it, the ZAXID.NET agency claims, but the command post buildings and barracks are on fire, and there is a risk that it will spread to the arsenal.

There are now about 10 thousand people on the territory of the unit. While some protesters are trying to put out the fire, others continue to throw Molotov cocktails.
The unit was surrounded during the day; barricades were built around it, which the attackers then set on fire when they saw that an armored personnel carrier was trying to leave the territory. From the barricades the fire spread to buildings and trees. Protesters broke through the gate. The VV fighters responded to Molotov cocktails with flash-noise grenades. As a result of negotiations with the command, the personnel were withdrawn from the territory of the unit.
The SBU building, the Galician regional police department and the regional prosecutor's office were also seized. The rebels burn documents and throw office equipment out of windows. The red and black flag of the UPA is installed on the building.
