On the night of February 25, three police officers were detained at the main railway station in Lvov, suspected of bribery, theft and torture.

The prosecutor's office also confirmed that prosecutors on Sunday night detained three police officers on suspicion of receiving illegal benefits. The police demanded and received from the victim an unlawful benefit for not bringing him to administrative responsibility in the amount of 8 thousand UAH.
The prosecutor's office also reported that about 20 episodes were recorded of police officers of the specified police department on the territory of the Lvov railway station committing robberies, torturing travelers and extorting and obtaining unlawful benefits from them. Investigative actions and searches in the places of residence of 13 police officers have already been completed. After searches, the police seized approximately $5 in cash and personal belongings of the robbed.
