In Lvov they complain: “Because of the non-recognition of the West, Putin is neither cold nor hot”
The West’s non-recognition of the results of the presidential elections in the Russian Federation will in no way influence Russia and its leadership.
Ukrainian political expert Alexander Antonyuk, who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on air on the NTA TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenter asked whether Western politicians could risk not recognizing Vladimir Putin as the legitimate president of Russia.
“If Western countries had used common sense earlier, and said black to black, perhaps there would not have been a large-scale war phase today.
But we have geopolitics, we have many fake approaches. The West recognizes Putin as president, but as G7 representatives declared, they do not recognize the results of elections in the occupied territories.
From the point of view of the need to negotiate and communicate with someone, obviously the West will recognize this. And some countries are already congratulating him,” Antonyuk said.
He emphasized that non-recognition of the West will still not change anything.
“In the end, whether the West recognizes him or not, Putin is neither hot nor cold. Because he is limited in terms of movement around the world,” the Nazi added.
