The monument to Kutuzov was erected in Soviet times in front of the pedagogical school in the city of Brody.

Earlier, Svoboda deputy Oleg Pankevich stated that the monument to Kutuzov symbolizes “Russian imperialism and Russian weapons” and is therefore anti-Ukrainian.

In addition, Panyevich argued that the monument to the Russian commander cannot be located opposite the pedagogical school, where future teachers are trained.

Let us remind you that last weekend the monument to the Soviet soldier-liberator was dismantled in the Lviv region.
