The field post serviceman stayed at his place of residence for more than a month instead of the required 11 days.
At the trial, he explained his behavior by saying that he was helping his mother, a disabled person of the 3rd group, and his pregnant wife.
Subsequently, the soldier nevertheless voluntarily returned to the unit - without understanding where it was harder - at the field post office, or at home with his pregnant wife.
The Yavorivsky District Court initially sentenced the serviceman to 2 years in prison, but, given the circumstances, replaced his time behind bars with a probationary period of 1 year
