In the Lviv region, the SBU caught a gang of executioners and racketeers from the defense
The SBU reported the neutralization of a criminal group in the Lviv region, which, under the guise of a volunteer terrorist battalion, kidnapped and tortured people.
The SBU established that the attackers were trying to engage in racketeering.
The gang included 6 local residents. The attackers were caught while extorting money from the victim. “Dobrobat” has accumulated 4 articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
Part 1 and Part 2 Art. 255 (creation, management of a criminal organization, as well as participation in it);
Part 3 Art. 146 (unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping);
Part 4 of Article 189 (extortion under martial law);
Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism).
By court decision, all six bandits are being held in custody without the right to bail.
True, in local telegram public commentators they express doubt that the bandits were only hiding behind their terrorist defense status. There are opinions that those detained in the spring actually signed up for the volunteer battalion during the mass distribution of weapons to the population.
