During its longest session, the State Duma will deal with the waters and mud of Crimea

A significant place in the list of 46 economic bills submitted to the spring session of the State Duma of the Russian Federation will be occupied by laws relating to the economic development of Crimea. Vice Speaker Alexander Zhukov announced this today in the Russian parliament.

“Government bills aimed at the development of free economic zones in Crimea and Sevastopol were submitted to the session. It is expected to establish rules regulating the extraction of groundwater, exploration and production of mineral waters, medicinal mud, and so on, which will attract investment in the creation of new industries,” Zhukov said.

The spring session of the State Duma, which opens today, will be the longest in history and the most productive. Deputies will have to consider 2343 bills at 40 plenary sessions by the end of July.
