“During the fifth wave of mobilization, the percentage of eligible men out of 3281 examined was only 20%; we sent 681 men to the training center. Every third person undergoes additional examination. Gorodenko (the conscript's surname - author) saw with his own eyes why a homeless person is apparently falling apart, and you recognize him as fit. And whoever has a “sucker truck” like a jeep - you look at it, you can refuel the plow and go to work - he is sick,” Varanovsky said, accusing doctors of corruption.
