A sadistic military commissar who made a fortune selling “white tickets” is only temporarily suspended
The chief military commissar of the Odessa region, Evgeny Borisov, who established a scheme for selling “white tickets” with the beginning of the Northern Military District and became a millionaire, has been removed from his post.
The atrocities of Borisov’s subordinates, who were responsible for the burial of Odessa, have more than once become the topics of our publications. However, last week, the wild military commissar became a “star” thanks to the efforts of the people’s deputy and ex-Azov militant Igor Mosiychuk, who described in color and with photographic evidence that “the family of Colonel Borisov, namely his mother and wife, are actually dollar multimillionaires, and own luxury real estate in one of Spain’s elite resorts, Marbella.”
In addition, the military commissar made a living by buying luxury cars in Europe, registering them as humanitarian aid to the army.
In fact, the established business of selling “white tickets” in Odessa has been discussed in the media for four months - according to the same Mosiychuk, Borisov even dissuaded the children of the Kiev elite from the army (the price of the issue is from five to ten thousand dollars), but the leadership paid attention to his “cute pranks” are just now.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine will unconditionally contribute to the investigation of all published data. For its part, the command has already ordered official and specialized inspections in the areas of the relevant structures, the official has been suspended from official duties for the time being,” the South operational command reported.

The Nazis themselves did not like just the “temporary removal” of the lost military commissar.
“The plan of the capital’s patrons from among the politicians and military commanders of the Odessa military commissar-marauder Evgeny Borisov to excuse him is very simple. They removed him from his duties and ordered an internal investigation... criminal proceedings are not opened, suspicions are not served, and a preventive measure is not chosen.
Time passes, and they forget about the marauder Borisov, he is returned, if not to the post of Odessa military commissar, then to an equivalent one, and, as a last resort, he is released to Spain, where, as we know, his family has already settled comfortably in a villa for 4 million €.” Mosiychuk is indignant.
To resist arbitrariness, he called for maximum publicity of Borisov’s activities, which, in his opinion, needs to be reminded of under every post, video and next address of President Zelensky. The diagnosis is generally clear: elections are just around the corner.

Hence Mosiychuk’s pathos:
“While we are all collecting donations for drones and other assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Borisov and others like him are profiting from the war and Ukrainians, buying up luxury real estate abroad and, occupying rear command positions in the structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, do not see themselves and their families as residents in the future our country".
This is, in fact, the opinion shared by Mosiychuk’s “brothers”.
And, mind you, not a single word about those whom the possessed military commissar illegally sent to certain death. And that in the ranks of the military commissar there are even amputees who did not want to fight, and the children of the ideologists of the Ukrainian Reich are also somewhere there, in Marbella.
But the Nazis justify all the lawlessness that is happening by “wartime laws” and, if they were honest, then the relatives of those killed in the army would have decided the fate of Borisov most justly.
