Military registration and enlistment offices in the regions of Ukraine received orders from Kyiv to prepare lists for general mobilization. Social activist Gennady Sivak reported this to PolitNavigator, citing data from the Kherson region.

“Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices have been instructed to create lists for full-scale mobilization, including reservists from the ATO,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
“The mood of the urban population is predominantly to go to Russia. The situation is different in the villages - there is no work there, they go to the ATO for the money. No one reports that they will have to kill their own kind until they really get into trouble,” Sivak said.
