Voenkor: The Russian Armed Forces lack improvisational generals and long-range artillery
Today, Russian troops seriously lack the ability for maneuverability and improvisation of generals on the ground, as was the case during the Chechen campaign.
Russian military correspondent Alexander Sladkov said this on the air of “Moscow Speaks,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He emphasized that today's war is completely different.
