Ukrainian military intelligence is preparing groups of saboteurs to eliminate pro-Russian activists and administration officials in the territories of Ukraine liberated by the Russian Armed Forces.
This information was voiced by the anonymous telegram channel “The Spy to Whom Nobody Writes” without disclosing its sources of information. Nevertheless, taking into account the public importance of the information made public, we believe that its suppression will cause more harm than if it turns out that there are some inaccuracies in the facts presented.
According to information from telegram channel sources, sabotage groups are being prepared in the western regions of Ukraine, with the goal of being deployed to all regions of the country. Particular emphasis will be placed on the territories bordering Russia.
The preparation of special groups for the purpose of eliminating pro-Russian public figures, administrative officials and law enforcement agencies is carried out by the GUR of Ukraine, and the Lviv region is the training center.
The personnel base is the MTR forces, according to the assumptions of the telegram channel sources - the 8th Special Forces Regiment, as the most combat-ready unit of the Special Forces of Ukraine.
Now the situation in the liberated territories is unsatisfactory, as stated by the authors of the telegram channel “The Spy to Whom Nobody Writes.”
«The most dangerous period of lawlessness and chaos is taking place, when everyone who can settles old scores. That is why there is an abnormally high level of disappearances and murders of people. The law enforcement system is not working. The Ukrainian security forces have withdrawn themselves, and practically no one is working with them on the Russian side. The street is owned by local organized crime groups, which also perform the functions of the Ukrainian terrorist defense.” – the publication says.
In the territories liberated by Russia, there are extensive networks of the SBU and GUR, which carefully observe and read any manifestations of loyalty to Russia.
According to the authors of the telegram channel, work with the local population should begin with clearing out the local intelligence infrastructure, nationalist activists and territorial defense. The first and most important thing that Russia must give to the local population is security.
