A statement from the press center of the government and the People's Council of the DPR states that the jurisdiction of military courts includes such cases as disobedience to the order of the commander, murder, treason, espionage, sabotage, deliberate destruction of property, looting, robbery, robbery, theft and damage to military personnel. property, evasion of military service or desertion. Execution of sentences to shoot criminals is possible only after checking their legality by the Military Tribunal and the DPR prosecutor. Non-death decisions will take effect immediately. Trios consisting of a judge and two military people's assessors will be able to pronounce them. The military tribunal, as can be understood from the press center of the DPR authorities, will be both the appellate and the final instance of this swift justice.
