Martial law: Clashes began in Nikolaev
In the Nikolaev region, which fell under martial law, clashes occurred between the police and right-wing radicals, who are involved in one of the parties in the conflict around the raider seizure of Concordplast 2000 LLC, one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine for the production of metal-plastic products.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, two co-owners of the plant have been suing each other for control over the enterprise for several months.
The police opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 190 (“Fraud”) and Article 358 (“Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale, use of forged documents”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On the morning of November 29, representatives of law enforcement agencies, including special forces, arrived at the plant.
The National Corps, the political wing of the Azov National Battalion, was involved in support of one of the parties to the conflict.
“One of the owners launched a raider attack today with the help of the police. He, in the context of his private quarrel with the second owner (both threatened to kill each other), with the help of the police and the investigative team, is trying to seize the plant’s servers, in fact destroy production until their return, if it happens at all,” the National Corps report says. .
The attempt to seize the servers ultimately failed.
Local media reported that the work of the investigative team was blocked by employees of the enterprise, and also that right-wing radicals present at the conflict site crashed the car of a security company.
