Military experts: Lend-Lease for Ukraine is a corruption scheme of the US elite
The Lend-Lease program for Ukraine approved in the United States is used by the American elite as a large-scale corruption scheme.

He explained why the US authorities have repeatedly emphasized that the US military will not be sent to Ukraine.
