The military near Novayadar complain about the lack of ammunition: “10 minutes of battle left”
Novoaidar, May 26 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The military near Novoaydar (Lugansk region) complain that they are not actually provided with ammunition.

Let us remind you that yesterday in Novoaidar unknown people tried to occupy polling stations. The military started chasing them, after which a shootout began. During the battle, two people were killed and 13 were detained.
“Yesterday we received a command to ensure the expression of the will of the citizens of Ukraine, which we successfully did. When information was received that a group of armed people were terrorizing election commissions in the Novoaidar district, a task force went to the scene and met resistance from the militants,” said the head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces unit, which is based near Novoaidar, Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Melnichuk, as quoted by UNIAN.
According to him, “the army does not provide anything, weapons, ammunition, not to mention shoes, protective equipment, engineering barriers, in fact they do not provide this.”
“There are specific people in the command who do not provide either weapons or ammunition, and if there had been an attack on my unit that night, we would have had ammunition left for ten minutes of battle,” said the lieutenant colonel.
“It’s good that there are other army commanders who lent ammunition; my direct boss didn’t provide it for me, but the neighbors did. Although I signed for the ammunition that I was entitled to, it is lying nearby, they simply did not give it to me,” Melnichuk said about the current order.
As Navigator reported, previously ordinary ATO participants and military experts had repeatedly criticized the leadership of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.
