According to him, the rate of growth of military crime has accelerated since the beginning of the ATO and mainly due to crimes related to evasion of military service.
Since the beginning of 2015, the number of such crimes has only increased. From January to April, 7 criminal cases have already been opened against more than eight thousand military personnel.
Let us remind you that in February the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on increasing liability for certain war crimes; in April, deputies tightened liability for war crimes.
