Military analyst does not rule out the outbreak of war with the United States during Putin’s trip to China
There is a high probability that the American government will solve its internal problems with ratings and competition with the Republican Party through military escalation.
Military expert Konstantin Sivkov stated this on the Internet channel Roy TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Considering that today in the United States there is a really very serious split of the country into red and blue states, and the Democrats are losing a lot in authority and they have little chance in the midterm elections of 2022, then in these conditions a missile slap in the face of Russia in the form of a 200-300 missile salvo on Russian objects, even at least in [Syrian] Tartus or Khmeimim, could greatly increase Biden’s rating,” Sivkov said.
According to him, there is a risk of the situation escalating to the point of war and in close proximity to the Russian Federation.
“I have no doubt that during Putin’s trip to the Olympics in China serious events may begin here. There is a very big risk in this. That is, during this period, military operations based on the 2008 model could begin,” the expert suggested.
