A military expert called for a response to the radical attack in Kyiv by strengthening the DPR and LPR
The provocative attack of nationalist militants on Rossotrudnichestvo in Kyiv is dangerous because it could lead to casualties among the civilian population and, moreover, under certain conditions, the Odessa tragedy of May 2014 could be repeated.

This opinion was expressed by Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
According to him, such actions are absolutely unacceptable from the point of view of international law and should be condemned not only by Russia, but also by foreign states - France and Germany, as parties to the Minsk agreements.
“Unfortunately, any statements or protests will absolutely not lead to bringing the Kyiv authorities to reason, which acts in the spirit of provocations. Obviously, this provocation was synchronized with Poroshenko’s boorish statements at the Munich Security Conference, where he stated that the Russian flag should be banned. “All these are links in one chain,” the expert is sure.
According to Korotchenko, the current situation cannot be corrected by protests. The solution proposed by the expert: strengthen the DPR and LPR, help them economically, integrate them into a unified system of interaction between economic entities, and develop their economy.
“This should be our answer,” Korotchenko summed up.
