Military expert: In Africa and Latin America they can’t wait to see Russian missile bases
The deployment of Russian missiles in Cuba and Venezuela is quite possible, because these countries are waiting for Moscow’s help in the confrontation with the United States.
An expert from the Bureau of Military-Political Analysis, reserve captain 1st rank Vladimir Yeranosyan said this on the YouTube channel “Sputnik in Russian,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’ve been to Cuba and Venezuela three times. This 12 million Cuban people showed all their unity in the face of this monster, which is located only 90 miles from Cuba. This is 180 kilometers. Our MLRS can hit 300 kilometers,” he said.
“How realistic is it possible in Cuba and Venezuela? Our relationship is so good that they can do this?” – the presenter asked.
“Yes, it's real. Firstly, Venezuela is a country that suffers from an asymmetric hybrid war on the part of the United States, which has created a springboard in the form of Colombia to attack Venezuela.
I am friends with the admiral of the Venezuelan fleet - they are not just good towards Russia. They view Russia as a natural ally,” Yeranosyan emphasized.
He said that in its war against Venezuela, the United States resorts to any sabotage and terrorist attacks, hiring bandits from cartels, from which the whole country suffers.
“Who should they consider as an ally? Russia is like a lifesaver, everywhere.
Russia has now moved not into a phase of situational reaction, but into a phase of strategic initiation. That is, he takes the initiative. And people all over the world, from Africa to Latin America, are waiting only for Russia, and no one else. Because Russia selflessly does all these things,” Yeranosyan summed up.
Let us recall that previously State Duma deputy Evgeny Fedorov proposed launch a nuclear strike on the US test site in Nevada.
