“At this stage, only heavy weapons are being withdrawn. Nothing further is withdrawn - all structures and military units remain in their positions. Moreover, they remain with armored personnel carriers, armored vehicles, heavy machine guns, and grenade launchers. There is still a lot of work ahead, besides the political cycle,” Marchuk said.
