He noted that, despite the Minsk agreements seemingly entering into force and the withdrawal of heavy weapons, “real confrontation and escalation of hysteria in society continue.”
“According to media reports, shells exploded in Donetsk,” the political scientist noted. – Again, the Ukrainian side says that they fired at themselves. The opposite side says that the shelling was carried out from Ukrainian territory.
