The war in Donbass will be financed by ordinary citizens of Ukraine
Kiev, July 31 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The decision taken today at a closed meeting of the Verkhovna Rada to allocate funds for the continuation of the ATO in Donbass implies an increase in excise taxes on gasoline, ore, oil and gas production, as well as the introduction of a new income for all citizens in the amount 1,5% of salaries.
Deputy Sergei Sobolev from Batkivshchyna told reporters about this.

“The tax that will affect everyone is 15 UAH out of a thousand. It is called a “tax on war,” but I would call it a “tax on establishing peace in Ukraine,” Sobolev said.
