The war in Donbass was started by Avakov’s thugs – Montyan
At the very beginning of the war, Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov sent the most “frostbitten” battalions to the Donbass in order to arouse hatred among the local population towards them and start a war.

Human rights activist Tatyana Montyan stated this on Topinform, according to whom it was the battalions of the National Guard and the Armed Forces of Ukraine that started the war in Donbass.
“Tornado” was hired by Avakov precisely for the purpose of inciting - well, you can’t just force a person to fight. But a man will go to war if some scum takes away a packet of juice from his ten-month-old child. That is, these “Tornados”, criminals, were hired by Avakov precisely in order to incite the local population in the east to war. Because for Avakov and the gang, war is their mother, how many grandmas can be sold to the communists. This is how it was necessary to get people so that they would go to war - there lived a completely sane population who did not even think about any wars. The war was started by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, no matter what the regular propagandists say,” Montyan is convinced.
