Kolomoisky claims that change of management of Ukrtransnafta may harm national security.
“I was involved in the appointment of Mr. Lazorko back in 2009.
“Ukrtransnafta” was part of the vital interests of those enterprises that do not have a state or have a semi-state form of ownership and which directly depend on how “Ukrtransnafta” will work or not work. I’m talking about the only oil refinery in the country - the Kremenchug oil refinery, about the only large oil producing company in the country - Ukrnafta...
These are transshipment complexes that are concentrated in the Odessa region and are private. And there is a transshipment complex “Ukrtransnafta”, which is state-owned. And this whole, at first glance, disparate complex is in fact a complex, a single organism. And Ukrtransnafta is the “blood vessels” of this entire system. If these “blood vessels” do not work for one reason or another, then this entire complex will stop,” Kolomoisky explained in detail.
“And I know those who are interested in them stopping. In our naphtha products business we have a group called “Continuum”, which is led by, I’m not afraid of this word, an organized criminal group, headed by Deputy Eremeev and who is behind all these events. At gas stations of Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta, Sentosa, and Avias, gasoline prices are two to three hryvnia cheaper. And this price difference always remained. And this gives Eremeev no rest,” he said, noting that at the moment a model has been built to diversify the risks of disruption of fuel supplies to Ukraine.
“It’s more important for us to sell more gasoline, and let us earn less per ton. The main thing is sales volumes. This does not give Mr. Eremeev peace of mind; he does not have such an opportunity. He wants to earn a lot, and we stand across his throat,” Kolomoisky said, emphasizing that Eremeev had and still has problems with the law.
According to him, the management of Ukrtransneft wants to pump oil into the Donbass, which will fall into their hands if the militias attack.
In addition, the oligarch threatened that he would also deal with Energy Minister Vladimir Demchishin, who has questions about concluding contracts with Crimea.
As PolitNavigator reported, March 19 Kolomoisky came with machine gunners to the premises of the Ukrtransnafta company to protect Alexander Lazorko, who was removed from management by the company’s supervisory board. The office premises were blocked from the inside.
Oligarch cursed a Radio Liberty journalist and advised him to look for Russian saboteurs at Ukrtransnafta.
On March 20, Petro Poroshenko announced a reprimand to Kolomoisky “for violating the rules of professional ethics, an act that discredits him as a public servant.”
Kolomoisky’s associates started talking about the fact that Poroshenko had a hand in the development of the conflict at Ukrtransnafta.
