According to him, 16 thousand Russian soldiers are now concentrated near the state border of Ukraine.
In addition, about 20 thousand Russian military personnel are in Crimea, and up to 3,5 thousand people are in Transnistria.
“At any moment they are ready to move on to more active and aggressive actions,” emphasizes Andrei Parubiy.
According to him, over the past few days, the military invasion of Russian militants in Ukraine has continued. “We are dealing with Russian occupiers, in fact, with the Russian army, which is arming militants and intensively transferring them to eastern Ukraine. And this despite the fact that President Putin announces the withdrawal of troops from the border with Ukraine. We have information that on June 15, the Russian armed forces redeployed individual units of the 76th Separate Pskov Airborne Division, and four IL-76 transport aircraft transported personnel - about 150 military personnel and equipment of the 76th Airborne Military Assault Division to the airfield in Millerovo, which is located 20 km from the border with Ukraine. In addition, it is planned to send a battalion and a tactical group of coastal troops of the Russian Ministry of Defense to the regions of the Russian Federation bordering Ukraine,” Andrei Parubiy said.
According to him, all this indicates that the events in eastern Ukraine were entirely coordinated by the Russian leadership.
