Volker refused to go to Donbass

US State Department Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker was forced to cancel his trip to Donbass due to bad weather conditions.

Reports the American edition about it "Voice of America" with reference to the US Embassy in Ukraine.
“Due to weather conditions, Kurt Volker will not be able to come to Donbass and will remain in Kyiv,” the message says, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The embassy's press service also noted that, according to to the plan, On January 26 in Dubai, Kurt Volker will meet with Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov.
