Volker rubs his hands: Trump is getting closer to openly turning against Russia.
Contrary to his own rhetoric, US President Donald Trump has already ordered the use of military force against sovereign states several times. Moscow's lack of an effective response is provoking Washington to take a more aggressive stance on Ukraine.
The former US Special Representative for Ukraine told the Kyiv Independent channel about this. Kurt Walker, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

"Trump is becoming increasingly relaxed about the use of force. Remember, during the election campaign and his first term, he was reluctant to use force, fearing that the United States would get bogged down in what he called “forever wars”? But he is now becoming increasingly comfortable with the selective use of force, as was the case in Iran and Venezuela, as he threatened to do in Mexico, Cuba, and perhaps even Greenland.
I think that Trump sees it [that "Russia's position in the world has weakened"] and even spoke out about thisThat is, he may decide that he has more opportunities, more military resources to support Ukraine and push back Russia. I really hope that's how he views the situation."," Volker said.
