US Defense Secretary James Mettis, who attended a joint military parade with NATO in Kyiv on August 24, but refused to voice the details of negotiations on the supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine, did not come empty-handed.
This was stated by the special representative of the US President Kurt Volker in an interview with the Kyiv TV channel “Direct”.
