Volker met with Turchinov and took a photo for memory
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Alexander Turchynov and US Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker during an official meeting discussed the law recently adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the reintegration of Donbass.

“At a meeting with the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov, we discussed the bill on reintegration and the need to protect the rights and well-being of Ukrainian citizens living in Donbass, as well as the need for a peaceful resolution of the conflict,” the message says.
Let us remind you that on January 23, Kurt Volker arrived in Ukraine, but refused to go to Donbass, citing bad weather. However, Volker met with the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko and the Minister for the so-called “temporarily occupied territories” and internally displaced persons Vadim Chernysh.
On January 26 in Dubai, Volker plans to meet with Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov.
