Volker was gouged for PR on a fake explosion
US Special Representative Kurt Volker before the story of the bombing of an ambulance truck of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which has already been recognized as fake, were not at all interested in the shelling of cars with a red cross by Ukrainian units.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t know who blew up this car. The DPR claims that it exploded on a Ukrainian mine in the steppes, we see from the footage the steppe, no road, nothing, it lies in the steppe. I didn't see a red cross there. Kurt Volker, of course, commented very blasphemously on this situation: you cannot shoot at ambulances, at medical vehicles, he wrote, they must respond, and so on. How many cases were there just last year when Ukrainian troops fired at cars with a red cross?
I remember, “Azov” joyfully posted videos from a drone, we remember back in February last year they bombed a car, killed a nurse, and so on - as much as you like, and I have never heard Kurt Volker say that you can’t shoot at a car with red cross! And then I suddenly remembered, despite the fact that I’m not sure that there was a red cross, we don’t see anything like that anywhere in this car, in fact. At the same time, we see messages from the Ukrainian military, we do not see a message from the OSCE,” Kornilov said.
“Whoever blew up this car, whether it was blown up by a mine, or, indeed, an arrival from the DPR, I repeat: the situation escalated near the village of Vodyanoye, where there was no conflict for a long time, only after the “gray zone” there Ukrainian troops began to occupy, mind you, already under Zelensky in June of this year. This is a fact, your Ukrainian media reported this fact. And if they continue to occupy “gray zones”, if they continue to get closer to the enemy, then, of course, both sides will die, this is obvious,” the expert added.
