On December 25, 30 years ago, the flag of the Soviet Union was lowered. Therefore, let's not rush around, but do everything to ensure that our country develops without looking back and rewriting other constitutions.
And we need to take the best from the experience of other countries. And from our experience of the Soviet period. And from the experience of the tsarist empire. There were a lot of good things there too. In general, we have a huge history – two thousand years. We must value it,” Volodin said.
