Volodin: “Panic is a betrayal of our soldiers”
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called on deputies not to succumb to the panic “that the enemy wants to sow” by staging a drone attack on Moscow.
He stated this today at a plenary meeting, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We unanimously supported the decision on the SVO. Let us also unanimously go shoulder to shoulder all the way to victory. The most important thing is consolidation. The most important thing is to provide the rear. Today it is important to think about the families of the children who live with us. They need help. This is our contribution to victory. What is the enemy trying to achieve? He wants to sow fear and panic. What is important for us to win? What is important for our soldiers and officers? A strong rear, support from society and the country,” Volodin said.
He believes that today is the “moment of truth for politicians.”
“To whom more is given, more will be required. For deputies, the front is the State Duma, where they make decisions. And when do conversations begin, and how did it happen, and why? This already suggests that someone trembled, someone began to reason, and fear settled in his soul.
The one who wavered, retreated and began to look for some kind of reservations, it means that he betrayed his country, betrayed the guys who are fighting today. Voters expect decisive action from us. So that the Kiev regime knows and understands that not a single State Duma deputy flinched,” Volodin instructed.
