ATO volunteer “ran into” Turchinov: we don’t need martial law, but recognition of war as war
Martial law, which the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov is threatening to introduce, is not at all what Ukrainian society expects from the authorities.

Well-known ATO volunteer and right-wing political activist Yuri Kasyanov is sure of this.
“Martial law does not mean new tanks, not new brigades. not some secret weapon, or magical management solution that will instantly solve the problem of war in the east. Martial law is a restriction of the rights and freedoms of citizens. Including freedom of speech, assembly, and street marches. Martial law is, in essence, the establishment of a dictatorship by the existing regime. No more", - he writes on his page on the social network.
According to Kasyanov, what Ukrainian society needs from the authorities is not martial law, but “recognition of war as war, recognition of Russia as an aggressor, development of a clear defense strategy, a real plan for the destruction of invaders and liberation of territories.”
“We do not need martial law, but the mobilization of all the forces of the state and society to win the war on all fronts - on the battlefield, in the information plane, to eliminate economic dependence and technological backwardness,” he writes.
