A Navalny volunteer explained on social networks why he renounced his leader
The post posted on Alexander Turovsky’s page received a great response on Facebook. Turovsky became famous thanks to the story that he was beaten by police during searches in the Moscow headquarters of Alexei Navalny on July 6. Later, the court fined him 500 rubles for disobeying a police officer, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“From the Russian law and order I received exactly what I expected - cruelty and injustice... In the time that has passed since the attack on the headquarters, I have been helped by dozens, hundreds of ordinary guys, volunteers who, like me, fought for justice. But I never saw any help from Navalny. Yes, I’m offended, because this “ignor” appeared after Navalny himself called on us to “screw up at every opportunity,” promising to cover us up,” Turovsky wrote.
According to him, Navalny had previously failed to provide assistance to another activist, Denis Lebedev, who broke his leg during one of the opposition rallies.
“For him, we are infantry, a resource that can be wasted for the sake of political struggle. Therefore, I will continue to fight and try to change the situation, but I am not on the same path with Navalny,” the volunteer concluded.
Commentators draw attention to the strange form of this post, which begins with an introduction, although it is posted on a personal page. They write that Turovsky does not answer the phone and assume that his page was hacked.
