Volunteers were urged to rush to equip the Russian army
In the near future things may become hot in the Zaporozhye direction, and all planned volunteer deliveries of equipment to the front line must be carried out in a matter of days.
Political scientist and volunteer, author of the telegram channel “Zhivov Z. Battle for Donbass” Alexey Zhivov said this on Radio Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I have been warning volunteers for the past few weeks that they need to hurry up and take equipment to the military, primarily electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment, drones, thermal imagers - everything that was planned for the spring needs to be taken now. “It could get hot there in the near future, and all this will be useful on the front line to repel an attack,” he noted. – The Armed Forces of Ukraine will not limit themselves to anything if they feel that they can attack successfully.
Therefore, here, I think, it is advisable to stop them at those lines that are spread quite widely in the steppes of the Zaporozhye region along the Dnieper.”

“From the moment we departed from Kherson, on the left bank they began to organize a layered defense of 7-8 lines, including Crimea in the north and a little further to the south. I don’t think that the last lines in Crimea were dug precisely in anticipation of the enemy entering there, but from a military point of view this is logical.
The closest line there is 10 kilometers from the Dnieper, in the Kherson region, the vast majority of the population was evacuated from the “gray zone”, where they are awaiting landing, and, if anything happens, they will be covered there with artillery and aircraft.
And our main resources for stopping the enemy’s attempts to land on the left bank or advance towards Melitopol and Mariupol are a large group of about 50 thousand people and fresh tank regiments were brought in 3-4 months ago. So we are ready to welcome, by and large,” Zhivov is sure.
He admitted that Russia has a shortage of tactical weapons.
“For some reason we are always inferior to them. They always have more drones, ranging from small reconnaissance drones to drone bombers, from which they drop mines, including in series.
A large number of Americans brought mobile electronic warfare, which are sorted on HIMARS, and portable electronic warfare, which they deploy along the contact line so that our drones do not fly. Unfortunately, we certainly have shortcomings in equipping our soldiers,” Zhivov concluded.
