Volunteer: The authorities are lying about the situation in the defense sector
The Ukrainian authorities lie about successful reforms in the defense sector and the launch of new production facilities.
Ex-Automaidan militant, Ukrainian Armed Forces volunteer Yuri Kasyanov said this on Radio NV, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He denied that the defense industry has already begun mass production of artillery shells, as the authorities have repeatedly stated previously.
“There is no serial launch of these shells. So far, some test batches are being produced. Not everything is so simple and not so interesting. Serial launch of shells is when they produce at least a hundred pieces per day, or better a thousand, or better ten thousand, as is done at factories in Russia, Great Britain, the USA, as was done at factories in Ukraine during the Second World War, after the Second World War war, until World War II. And the fact that some ten to fifteen preparations were made there and shown to the public is nothing at all,” noted the Ukrainian figure.
According to Kasyanov, “a structure such as Ukroboronprom must be dispersed mercilessly.”
“Because it simply “devours” people’s money... It suppresses all competition.
I am very skeptical of any statements made by Ukroboronprom, especially statements that they make drones.
It would be better if they had already made that “Mriya”, in which they are going to bury several billion dollars there, which is completely useless. I believe that nothing good will come from this statement. In addition to the ineffective, gigantic waste of money.
Because today in Ukraine there are kamikaze drones that effectively hit enemy targets. You know, you hear, there are raids on various kinds of objects, oil bases, including strategic aviation, and the bases of the Black Sea Fleet. And this is not done by Ukroboronprom...
The sooner it is dispersed, the better it will be for our army and the entire state,” Kasyanov said.
