Volyn ATO soldiers: “We will fence ourselves off, deal with the separatists yourself”
If there are elections in the Donbass with the subsequent appointment of executive power, then there will be a legal opportunity to hold members of Ukrainian volunteer battalions accountable for coal mining.
Evgeniy Yarantsev (Beret), an Aidar fighter, stated this on the “MOST” talk show on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If elections are held there, Donetsk will get its own courts and judges. And these courts will pull us up as volunteers.
I do not want it. I have only one option left - I’m going to Volyn, to my people. The Volynskys said: we will fence ourselves off, deal with the separatists yourself,” Yarantsev snapped.
In turn, Denis Snegirev, co-chairman of the public initiative “Rights on the Right,” said that issuing Russian passports to residents of the LDPR will give Russia a pretext for a military invasion of Donbass to protect its citizens.
“The threats are that the Russian Foreign Ministry is allocating 1 billion rubles of additional funding for the activities of migration services that issue Russian passports.
Until the age of 21, it is planned to issue 400 thousand passports. What elections are we talking about? There are already 15 thousand Russian citizens there. This already gives the Russian Federation legal grounds to launch a military invasion of these territories at any time,” the activist concluded.
