An armed psychotic National Guardsman escaped from the unit, shooting in pursuit
Moral decay within personnel is a headache for all Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, including the National Guard. Thus, in the area of the settlement of Mayorsk (DPR), another case of desertion of a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine occurred.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The “plague” of anarchy and desertion continues to plague the security forces of Ukraine. It did not bypass the National Guard either.
Thus, the DPR Armed Forces learned that on December 14, in the area of the village of Mayorsk, a NSU serviceman deserted with a weapon. During the commission of this offense, the command attempted to stop the fugitive, but he used weapons on his colleagues. The result is that the serviceman escaped, two of his colleagues were wounded, and one was killed,” Basurin said.
The deserter, who, according to DPR intelligence, has serious mental problems, continues to walk around in the ATO zone with a machine gun and ammunition.
“This fact is hidden by the command of the unit and kept silent by the authorities. At the same time, there is information that this soldier has mental disabilities, with which he was accepted into military service without any problems,” noted the deputy command of the DPR.
