A specialist in countering ISIS took up the issue of Ukraine in Germany
The curator of the Ukrainian direction in the Kremlin, Dmitry Kozak, despite being on the sanctions list, visited Germany last weekend and held talks with Jan Hecker, an adviser to Chancellor Angela Merkel. Hecker has a reputation as an influential politician and experience in implementing particularly important decisions, in particular, the resettlement of Middle Eastern Christians to Europe who were threatened by genocide unleashed by ISIS terrorists.
Russian-Ukrainian writer Vladimir Sergienko, who lives in Germany, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I was very surprised by the silence in Germany. The fact is that Jan Hecker, with whom Kozak met, is a very correct figure to date. This person is truly Merkel’s confidant on foreign policy, he is an absolutely shadow minister who decides something.
And this man at one time made it so that Christians, about whom the whole of Europe was silent when ISIS was destroying them, when Christian genocide really began there, were still silent - he made it so that it was refugees who came to Germany who were Christians. He knows what refugees are. From there he went to Merkel’s office, and his level is absolutely correct,” the expert said.
“I believe that this visit showed one more thing: Germany has a desire to allow some people who resolve issues to pass through with a special pass. The way it was all organized - Kozak, after all, is on the list of those banned from entering Europe, they make an exception for him, he lands and meets with the only right person in the entire Merkel government.
I think this is a great indicator, and it gives me hope that in the future something will change very much, because Hecker was still a scout, don’t forget,” added Sergienko.
