On Saturday, October 31, an explosion occurred in the courtyard of the executive committee of the Lisichansk city council. This was announced by the head of the military administration, Georgy Tuka, appointed by Kiev.

“This (explosion - ed.) happened the day before yesterday, in the executive committee. There was an explosion at night, the windows were broken. There is a suspicion that it was a grenade or an explosive package,” Tuka said.

According to him, unknown persons threw the object that led to the explosion into the courtyard of the executive committee.

It should be noted that, according to local media reports, six windows in the building were broken, and a crater was found in the courtyard. There were no casualties or injuries as a result of the incident.
