According to him, the level of corruption in Ukraine has reached the point that goods are not only passed through for bribes, but an entire system for their delivery is being built.
“You know very well the corruption that occurs on the demarcation line. How the Ukrainian side allows food to come to us for huge bribes. The next level of corruption is that logistics centers are now being built on the contact line. You should ask in Kyiv who will own them,” Kofman turned to Kyiv political scientist Vyacheslav Kovtun.
